Golf Del Sur & Amarilla Golf

Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf are approximately 15 minutes drive away from Reina Sofia Airport and as the names would suggest are popular golf resorts. Golf del Sur has a 27 hole championship golf course and Amarilla Golf has an 18 hole golf course. Both are low key resorts and attract visitors of all nationalities who want a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings.

The San Blas commercial centre has a wide and varied selection of bars and restaurants, some offering nightly entertainment and plenty of shops to browse around, whereas the promenade to the new marina between Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf has seen some lovely new sea front restaurants open up, which are great settings for an evening meal overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The village of El Medano, known for its ‘International wind surfing competitions’ is located close by and the tiny fishing village of Los Abrigos, popular for its restaurants is 5 minutes away by car.

  Sunset View Club is a small development situated close to a magnificent golf complex on the southern tip of Tenerife where you can enjoy the sunshine year -round. From the site there are spectacular views of Mount Teide and the sea. The resort has a swimming pool, children's pool and pool bar/snack bar/restaurant. Close by, facilities include tennis and squash courts, windsurfing, and scuba diving. Golf is available on the championship course and can be booked prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. A car is advisable to enjoy the area.

  All these Tenerife apartments will be allocated upon arrival The apartments in Tenerife comprise 1bed units for 4 with double bed and double sofa bed, 2bed units for 6 with a double bed, double sofa bed and twin beds. All have a partial kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV and mini stereo. Towels and linen are changed once a week. Units are accessed by stairs. No pets allowed. There is a refundable deposit required on arrival, for which credit cards are accepted. A jacket must be worn in the clubhouse. A handicap certificate is required to play golf. To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to book golf prior to departure on tel. 0034 922738170. Cots may be requested in advance from reception. The resort is located in a quiet area away from the buzzing night life of Playa de Las Americas. As it is close to the airport, at times it may be noisy.
