The resort of Playa de Las Americas is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife, where there is reputedly the best sunshine record on the island. The Beach of The Americas was named to commemorate one of the last places visited by Cristopher Columbus before setting sail for the New World. Since then however, the resort has changed a great deal and now offers an extensive selection of amenities.

The resort centre offers a staggering choice of restaurants to satisfy all requirements; a selection of beaches offering a variety of water sports, a waterpark and an abundance of nightlife. The El Camison beach and promenade have greatly improved the area with deluxe hotels, designer shops, theatre and casino. Reina Sofia airport is approximately 18 kilometres away.

  This is a 4 Bedroom luxury Tenerife villa situated above the Aquawater Park and the new Siam Park. The private plunge pool is heated and the terraces have fantastic views to the sea and the mountains. The Water Park is just a short walk down the hill and the beaches of Las Americas are a five minutes car drive. This Tenerife Villa is superbly appointed with quality furnishings to a high standard. Each bedroom and the living room has air/con/heating and is individually controlled. Families are welcome and we provide a free family pack which consists of a travel cot/bedding and high chair. The spacious terraces of this Tenerife villa are great for sunbathing or just taking a dip in the pool. Please note we aim to keep the pool temperature to around 27 degrees throughout the year. The pool is not solar heated but electrically heated. The pool is 3.5m x 5m with steps leading to max depth 1.25m. Entrance hall of this Tenerife villa leads to large living/dining area. Dining table which extends to sit 8. Large corner sofa and chair, coffee table, sideboard with DVD. Large Flat Screen TV on the wall with satellite box which receives the community satelitte and this includes BBC and ITV and Sky News. Off the living room is the kitchen and this is fitted with Kettle, Toaster, Inbuilt Microwave, Inbuilt Oven, Four ring induction hob, Inbuilt dishwasher. All crockery and glasses and cooking ware are provided. Outside the kitchen of this Tenerife villa is the utility area which has an inbuilt washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron.
